STABLE AND STEADY CLASSES
Our Stable and Steady classes help you to improve your strength and balance and reduce your risk of falling
Do I need to attend every week?
To get the full benefit of the classes you need to attend every week. If you are unable to attend, for example due to a hospital appointment, then you need to let us know.
We want to keep our classes full so that as many people as possible can benefit.
What if my health deteriorates and I miss classes?
Your safety comes first. If your health declines then we would encourage you to see your GP for a review. If we feel that you are not well enough for the classes then we would advise you to stop coming. You can get back in touch once you are well enough to attend.
The classes are free for participants. The costs are funded by the NHS
How can Stable and Steady classes benefit you?
Joining a Stable and Steady class can help you:
• Stay independent and carry on doing the things you enjoy
• Improve your confidence and reduce fear of falling
• Keep active and stay healthy.
